Customizing a new build comes down to the details.  For this Ryan Home “Columbia” model home, the client wished to create unique details in each room, with a “Modern Bohemian” feel.  Switching out the standard builder’s choices with new pendant lights, new cabinet hardware, a combination of subtle and dramatic paint colors, wallpapers, custom designed furniture, painted window trim, dramatic millwork on the staircase, beautiful accessories and reimagined and repurposed previously owned pieces, coupled with some of the client’s special furniture, created these beautiful spaces that are like no other in the neighborhood.
